How to Complain
If you are dissatisfied with anything in school, please let us know. Most matters are dealt with informally via your child's form tutor. Simply contact them whenever you have any matter that is causing you concern. If they are unable to deal with the matter themselves, they will know who is the best person to pass it on to.
In general, Guidance Team Leaders will usually deal with discipline matters while Curriculum Team Leaders focus on academic ones. Whatever the reason for your concern, we will act swiftly to deal with it.
We also have a complaints procedure, which can be downloaded from the 'About Us' section of this website (under 'School Policy Documents') and details how we will deal with more formal complaints. Over the last five years it has only be necessary to do this once.
All our staff may be contacted via the Staff Contacts list in the Parent Area and the Contact Us section of the website. Clicking on to undividuals will enable you to contact them directly, or if you are unsure with whom you need to speak, then please use the general school email enquiry form in Contact Us or telephone the school reception.
Our staff will strive to assist you with any enquiry in a timely manner (max. three working days) and you will be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. The school respectfully requests that you treat our staff in the same polite and courteous manner.
