Year 10 Look to the Future

As part of our continued commitment to finding the most suitable path for each individual, our Year 10 students recently heard from a range of visitors during Guidance Time about different career routes.

Mr Davis  had arranged for a variety of speakers who were able to share information, advice and their own experiences to help students learn more about the options available to them.

Dave Armson from All about Stem presented a great informative  session on Apprenticeships as part of their Apprenticeship, Support and Knowledge (ASK) Project.

Lucy Beaman, a third year undergraduate and Student Ambassador from Staffordshire University gave a interesting talk on life at university.

Lucy Sherratt, Designer and Rich Wilcock, Accounts Manager, both from Thrive Creative in Congleton, gave students a really good overview of the company and their own career path.

Year 10 contributed well to the session and the whole event provided a great insight for the students.
