Student Support

We are very proud of our Sixth Form provison and, in particular, of the support and guidance that we give to all our students. It  is big enough for us to be able to offer you a wide range of courses and opportunities, but small enough for us to know you well and to be able to support you and meet your individual needs, whether that be financial support or support to achieve your highest aspirations.

Honours Programme

We offer an Honours Programme at Sixth Form that seeks to challenge our most academic students so that they can continue to be selected by the most prestigious universities and for the most oversubscribed courses. The Honours Programme is open to ambitious students who achieve 5 or more GCSEs at Level 7/8/9 and includes activities such as master classes, university visits, subject-specific conferences and extension studies.

For further information about the Honours Programme, please download the document on the right.

Financial Support

The 16-19 Bursary Fund: If you need some financial support to help stay in education, you can apply for the 16-19 Bursary Fund.  Further details can be downloaded using the link on the right.

Transport Bursary Fund: We do not want the costs of transport to be a barrier to any student wishing to continue their studies with us in Years 12 and 13. We have therefore introduced a Post 16 Transport Bursary Fund, details of which can be found in the downloads section on the right.
