Oscar Represents CHS In English Schools Gala

Last term our Year 9 Swimming superstar, Oscar dV, swam in the Staffordshire county championships over a couple of weekends at the commonwealth pool in Sandwell. He swam in all eighteen age group events bringing home 18 medals (13 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze).

Oscar also qualified to swim in a number of other Championship finals, coming away with a further 21 medals and 4 trophies across the junior and senior championships.

An amazing haul of silverware and a great confidence boost has set him up ready to represent CHS and the North West this next weekend at the English School Swimming Association gala in Coventry. We wish him every success at the competition and look forward to sharing more great news with you.
