Congleton High School is part of The Learning Partnership.

The Learning Partnership (TLP) is a new multi-academy trust that was formed on 1st September 2023 as a merger between The Learning Alliance and The Learning for Life Partnership. The Trust consists of fifteen schools - nine primary schools and six secondary schools - all based across east Cheshire and north Staffordshire.

The Trust believes in allowing each school to retain its distinctive and successful ethos whilst also supporting the ambition of each individual school to help children reach their potential and benefit from the greater resources that partnership within the Trust brings.

The Learning Partnership's Vision

The Trust's vision is to transform education, delivering teaching and learning, which fully equips all of the young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to become positive, engaged, successful members of society.

The Learning Partnership's Values

PEOPLE - PASSION - PERFORMANCE

To build an educational organisation staffed with exceptional people, driven by a passion for education, which inspires and motivates staff, pupils, and communities to strive together to be their best, and in so doing enables the Trust, its schools, and its pupils to perform to their best.
