Community Champion Vouchers from Morrisons
We were delighted to receive £30 of vouchers from Morrisons Congleton for being Community Champion.
PSHE Sessions Keep Students Informed and Safe
Our Year 7 to Year 11 students took part in valuable interactive and age-appropriate PSHE sessions at the end of January, covering Relationships, Health and Wellbeing, and Living in the Wider World.
Mental Health Ambassadors Raise Awareness and £367.40
Our Sixth Form Mental Health Ambassadors raised awareness of Mental Health issues along with a fantastic £367.40 for local charity, Visyon with their Mental Health Awareness stall.

Our Mental Health Ambassadors are running a cakes, bakes, sweets and stickers Mental Health Awareness stall for Visyon at break and lunch on Wednesday 11th October.
Pride Stall Raises Almost £300
Our LGBTQ+ Ambassadors rounded off Pride Month at CHS with a Pride Stall offering cakes, a range of Pride merchandise and face painting, raising almost £300 for akt (Albert Kennedy Trust).

The CHS Race for Life 2022
Throughout Friday 8th July, our students will be running the 5km Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research UK. We're asking students to donate £1 and add something pink to their PE kit.
Achieving Success Together

We were very proud to watch the Mayor of Congleton present our eight Year 8 students with their Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service Respect Course graduation certificates in April.

In February, our Assistant Leader of Sixth Form, Mr Franklin, and Year 12 student, Khaya M, led an assembly for Year 11 boys about looking after their mental health and some of the barriers that males can experience.
