In preparation for completing the Award in Employability Skills, four Year Twelve students from The Congleton College, Tom Strick, Harry Couchman, Paul Levers and Connor Cottrell, took part in a mock interview at one of our local employer partner companies, Reliance Medical. The purpose of the interview was to provide the students with an opportunity to practice and improve their interview skills in an authentic environment.

Thomas Pear, national account director at Reliance, said:
“The students I saw were well equipped for their mock interviews, handling difficult questions with confidence, showing they had researched and prepared themselves thoroughly”
