Fantastic Support for Foodbank Friday

Our Sixth Form students were keen to run the Foodbank Friday initiative again this year and were delighted with the response from parents and carers, who sent in a fantastic amount of donations over the four weeks for us to pass on to The Storehouse Foodbank at the New Life Church in Congleton..

The Storehouse needs to make 600 foodbank Christmas parcels for our local community this year, each with a value of about £50-60. Around 70% of the £35,000 worth of food they need for these parcels comes from donations, so your generosity will really help struggling families in Congleton this Christmas.
