Two of our Year 12 students, Leah F and Rebecca J, put together a 'Mental Health and Exam Stress' assembly to help our Key Stage 3 students successfully navigate their end of year Serious About Success (SAS) exams.

Rebecca and Leah used their own experiences of exams to share lots of good advice, such as not being afraid to ask for help, getting plenty of rest, and being kind to yourself and others. They also shared some teachers' revision and exam Top Tips.

If you're struggling with stress as a result of exams or any other issues, please remember that on the Student Welfare page of this website (accessible through the Student and Parent/Carera Areas) we have contact details for a whole range of people at school and also external organisations who can help you through this. Click here to be redirected.
