SIMS
This section gives details on how parents and carers can access the SIMS Parent/Carer Portal.
SIMS is our data management system, where you have the opportunity to view some of the information we hold on any child at CHS for whom you have parental responsibility. This access is password protected and is through a secure website.
Parents and carers will receive an email from SIMS containing details of your Username and Password to access the Portal.
If you have not received this e-mail or are having problems logging in to the SIMS Parent/Carer Portal, please email our SIMS Helpdesk: simshelpdesk@congletonhigh.com.
Please note: To ensure that we have all the latest functionality available, SIMS is updated regularly and therefore has periods when it is unavailable due to planned maintenance. Information on planned closures will be posted on our social media.
